My wife and I hired Mr. Sandhu to design our home and take I had a great experience working with Kairon Design for my basement ADU permit in the City of Windsor. Manjot was incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable throughout the process. Unlike many designers who just hand over drawings and get added to Cloudpermit, they actually filled out and submitted the application themselves and actively followed up with the city until it was approved.
They were quick and thorough in responding to all city queries—whether it was for clarifications or design tweaks. They also found creative, Ontario Building Code-compliant solutions that helped me save a lot of money. Their suggestion for placing the second bedroom was especially smart—making use of a large window, fully meeting code for size and glazing, and potentially increasing rental value.
